Healthcare

Allegiance Construction Group, Inc. has experience with clients in various health care institutions. In addition to healthcare we have worked at numerous offices, financial service facilities and high-end commercial projects. New and retrofit interior projects, base building improvements and maintenance are some of the services we provide for our clients. Depending on the requirement of each job, a unique team is assembled and assigned to meet the needs of that specific project.

Our Project Management Staff consists of highly trained professionals with extensive construction experience. Computerized budgeting, estimating and scheduling systems are tools that our staff utilizes to further insure timely and on-budget project completion. Furthermore, our construction management systems are able to identify project costs at any given time, thereby eliminating the unwanted surprises even as the scope of project changes. Communication from initial start-up through occupancy is one of our focuses, and all project information is submitted to our clients on a regular basis for their review. This enables us to anticipate potential problems, avoid costly delays, and complete the project within the agreed upon parameters.

Our Field Supervision Staff consists of highly trained craftsmen who have extensive experience in a variety of trades. Our superintendents have detailed knowledge of general health care construction and mechanical/electrical systems. Hands-on experience at the senior level - including principals of the firm - insures proper construction scheduling and guarantees quality control. Furthermore, our practice of employing our own carpenters and laborers enables us to control the schedule and focus on safety on the job site more effectively.

ACG, Inc. emphasizes the Team Approach to project development. We establish a cooperative working relationship among team members – including the Owner, Architect, Furniture Distributors, End Users and other consultants. We believe this approach is extremely important in maximizing each team member’s effectiveness and productivity as the Architect, Engineers, Building Management and ACG are coequal members of the team, each responsible for different critical aspects of the project. The Architect is responsible for design, aesthetics and function, while ACG is responsible for cost, schedule control and constructibility. Together with the Owner and Architect, we will blend our talents to work toward a common goal – projects completed on time, within budget, and meeting the client’s goals and objectives.
